Gift Cards

To purchase an e-gift certificate, email us at shop@carnelianboutique.com with the following info and we’ll take care of you:

•   Your name & number
•   The lucky gift recipient’s name and email address
•   Gift card amount

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via Paypal.  After entering your billing and shipping information on the checkout screen, click the “Purchase” button. You will automatically be directed to Paypal where you can log-in and continue checking out.

Shipping

Merchandise packages are shipped by Carnelian Boutique via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  The carrier is selected based on your shipping address and how quickly you need your package to arrive.  We currently offer free shipping and expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.  You can email us at shop@carnelianboutique.com if you need your package to arrive sooner.  International shipping is not available at this time.

We do our best to accurately manage the inventory on this website; however, we have limited quantities of each item and may occasionally sell out.  In the event that this occurs after you’ve made a purchase, we will notify you and process a full refund or send a different item of the same dollar value if requested.

Returns / Exchanges

Online orders only – Any non-sale item that is unworn, unused, and in its original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at shop@carnelianboutique.com to request a return or exchange. Please include the following:

•   Your name & number
•   Date of purchase
•   Amount of purchase
•   Return or exchange?

Please note:
Items cannot be refunded or exchanged after 14 days.

Any shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items and items purchased at events / “pop-up shops” are final, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 6.5% will be applied to all purchases made by Ohio residents.
